The PDF publication known as Photography BB probably wont win any design awards this year, but what it lacks in gloss it makes up for with down to earth information. David's regular e-zines are filled with lots of interesting content and useful guides for making the most of photography as a home hobby.

I normally don't write up blogs and books that concentrate on techniques. There are shelves upon shelves at your local book store that cover the details on camera physics and technical instructions. Photography BB has a little something extra though.
For starters it belongs in the real world. The content avoids the bright lights of fantasy shoots and deals with situations that every day photographic enthusiasts can relate to.
The e-zine is a little too wedded to Adobe products for my liking, but I guess the longer it takes for people to find alternates like Capture One the longer I have a competitive advantage in my post-production.
Essentially the collection of mini-sites offered by David are designed to help spruik his Photoshop actions and garner a few clicks on Google Ads. Nothing wrong with that, particularly given that his online magazine is both useful and informative and David has made a genuine effort to share a little of knowledge.
